 Verified So much fun! Highlight of the trip!
We had an excellent time on our jet skis. We had the best guide named Boozie who told us about the history of the islands, what could be found on each of the inhabited islands and gave great recommendations for local food and entertainment. The equipment was in excellent condition and the staff went above and beyond to help us out all along the way. So much fun! We will definitely book with them on our next visit. Big John was simply amazing. Very professional and a fun loving individual.  I absolutely recommend him.  The jet ski tour to the shipwreck was definitely the highlight of our trip to Turks and Caicos.  Verified A highlight among highlights.  That was AWESOME
A highlight among highlights during our week in TCI!  We noticed our neighbors enjoying a day on the water and on Wednesday contacted Caicos H2O via Facebook Messenger to see if they had availability for Friday.  Luckily they did because we had an ABSOLUTE BLAST!!I worked with Rashad via Facebook Messenger. Super communication, quick responses, and before I knew it, we were confirmed for Friday afternoon.  Received a confirmation and on the day of, received additional communications from Rashad.  When Mother Nature got in the way a bit (thunder and rain over the marina), Rashad kept me posted and then when the skies broke, Boozy appeared on our beach with our ski.  The equipment worked like a charm and provided my family hours of fun and memories. At the end of our time (we lucked out with a few extra minutes) another gentleman appears at our home to take the ski back to the marina. Literally couldn’t have been an easier or more pleasurable transaction.  WORTH EVERY PENNY. Thank you Rashad and team for helping us wrap up our time in TCI on a high note. David (jet ski lead) and Rashad (owner) we’re a joy to work with. We had a blast and we’re each able to explore the beautiful Caribbean side of the island at our own pace- some slower and some faster all while having a good time. 😊 We will never jet ski with any other company on this island! We rented a wave runner for the day from H2O and it was a great experience. I FB messaged at first to get rates and availability. Got immediate response, no hidden fees, all upfront and offered to delivery at our rental house. They arrived early, dropped off wave runner, full tank of gas, along with life jackets. Gave us some tips on where we might want to go. The wave runner ran great, no issues. They came and picked it up, again no issues. Highly recommend. Friendly, great attitude.
